  7. The software disks sold  by  Bytes  and  Bullets  are  not  copy
  8. protected.  You may make as many  backup  copies  as  you  wish.
  9. Indeed, you are encouraged to make backup copies from which  you
  10. will use the software, and to save the original disk in  a  safe
  11. place.

  13. DataPlot2.1 may only be used on one computer at a time.
  14.  
  15. Bytes  and  Bullets  warrants  that  DataPlot2.1  software  will
  16. operate substantially as specified in the User's Guide  included
  17. on this disk for a period of 90 days from the date of  purchase,
  18. as evidenced by a  copy  of  your  purchase  receipt.    If  the
  19. software malfunctions in a documented, repeatable fashion within
  20. 90 days of purchase, Bytes and Bullets will  make  a  reasonable
  21. effort to correct the  error,  provided  that  a  copy  of  your
  22. purchase receipt and the original disk is received at Bytes  and
  23. Bullets within 100 days of purchase.

  26. above.  The software is NOT warranted to be error-free.

  28. Under no circumstances will Bytes and Bullets be liable  to  you
  29. for damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or  losses
  30. due to inaccurate representation of data.
